Manage Your Rambler Account
To manage your account, you will first need to be logged in to your account. Once logged in, you'll be able to upload your Rambler photo, see your balances and transactions, or mark your card lost or stolen.
First Time Users: Students new to the Rambler management tool must create their secure account to help you manage your Rambler's full value. On the left-hand navigation bar, click on "Log In Here". Then, select "I'm new here." on the login screen. Your 9-digit Shepherd ID number is your user name. A password will be emailed to you upon account creation.

Are you a GUEST USER? It is not necessary for you to log in to deposit money on a Rambler account. The 9-digit Shepherd University ID Number for the Rambler cardholder and a valid credit card is all that is required to make a one-time deposit to a card. To deposit money simply navigate to the "Add Funds Here" deposit page as instructed below and follow the prompts.
On a Browser: Click the "Add Funds Here" link from the menu on the left of your screen.
On your Phone: Click the Menu Icon on the upper left of your phone.
The Rambler Card account is a declining balance, no fee, pre-paid convenience account. It has been established for the convenience of members of the Shepherd University community for purchasing goods and services on and off campus where the Rambler is accepted for payment.

The Rambler Card cannot be used to purchase alcohol, tobacco, pornographic materials, lottery tickets, or gift cards. Cardholders cannot withdraw cash from their Rambler Card account.
